
Trish De Carteret Bailiwick Social Prescribing Link Worker Manager and Link Worker
Trish brings a wealth of experience to BSP including registered Pharmacy Technician and patient safety advisor for HSC, Third Sector knowledge and experience as a professional fundraiser for Les Bourgs Hospice and Council member for the Association of Guernsey charities. Trish has also been a project manager for Housing.

Oli Ogier BSP Link Worker
Oli has experience working with young people in children’s residential care and at the Youth Commission. Most recently he was supporting the running of the Duke of Edinburgh Award within Guernsey secondary schools. Oli plays walking football and enjoys spending time with his family.

Alex Bowtle BSP Link Worker
Alex has worked in various public facing community support roles, caring for the health and wellbeing of vulnerable people. Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as sea swimming and riding her e-bike.

Jo Hollyer-Hill BSP Link Worker
Jo has extensive experience across multiple island sectors, most recently with Public Health. Jo enjoys running and has completed two GU36 ultra marathons. She is a keen volunteer with local environmental and community groups.

Jo Masterton-Pipet BSP Link Worker
Jo has worked with children and their families in all her previous roles and is using this experience to help in her new role at BSP. Jo has two sons and a dog who she loves spending time with out walking and watching sport.

Karen Morpeth BSP Administrator
Karen has a large amount of administrative experience and has been able to put her skills from her prior career in finance to good use. Karen is a keen volunteer and enjoys walking, sea swimming and spending time with family.
