Our Mission

Our Mission is to foster a person-centred approach and link individuals to community resources and services to improve their overall quality of life. With social prescribing, people feel empowered to recognise their needs, to use their own strengths and personal assets but also draw on the support available in the community to enhance their wellbeing.

Our Aim

Our aim is to work in partnership with the community, health care professionals, third sector and volunteer-led groups and government to reduce health inequalities and provide easy access to quality social prescribing.

Bailiwick Social Prescribing is part of the Health Improvement Commission whose Vision is for our islands to be places that support us all to lead a healthy life.
