Bailiwick Social Prescribing receives 500 referrals

We’re so excited to have now received 500 referrals for our scheme, linking people to non-medical support, helping to improve health and wellbeing.
Since our launch in 2021, we have:
- Expanded the team to 4 Link Workers, who each do amazing work to support these referrals
- Received a referral from 95% of GPs
- Grown to include all of the GP surgeries on the Island, meaning that everyone’s Doctor is able to contact us with referrals – read more here
- Met and worked with so many fantastic partners across the island to join us in our mission
