Social determinants of health with BBC

Melissa Mitchell, the Bailiwick Social Prescribing Lead was happy to share the BSP message with BBC Guernsey last week.
She explains the social determinants of health and how professionally trained BSP Link Workers listen and support people with unmet, non-medical needs which the aim of improving health and wellbeing.
